On Monday May 2022 CQU Jakarta Campus Team had the opportunity to visit a few campuses of CQUniversity, namely the Brisbane, Rockhampton, and Sydney Campus. The purpose of the visit was to let the team have first-hand experience of what prospective students would get.
During this visit, the CQU Jakarta Campus Team also received received important training sessions to increase an extensive insight of receive important training sessions to increase broad knowledge about the atmosphere in which students live, accommodation, the opportunities students get while studying until they graduate, and what educational materials prospective students would receive.

In particular, at the CQU Rockhampton campus, the CQU Team was also given experience in living the college life. Starting from the accommodation, housing facilities, and tourist attractions that prospective students can visit on weekends.

CQUniversity’s campus in Jakarta is in the form of the CQU Executive Business Training Center. Located in Mega Kuningan Sopo Del Tower, CQUniversity is in the middle of Jakarta’s CBD, surrounded by major companies, embassies, and government installations.
Campus Head Professor Hendrick Halim says CQUni also hopes to expand its online learning in coming years as part of its
commitment to help the Indonesian government broaden higher education access for its youth population.
“It’s not currently part of the education culture in Indonesia but technology is moving at such a rapid pace that it’s offering great
opportunities to deliver quality education that is as good as face-to-face, and part of that expansion is convincing government to
recognise that,” Prof Halim said.
