Decision is a daily routine work of a person. However, when the effect of a decision is large it has to be well calculated. Most decision contain risk, how to make decision when facing some risk will be discussed in this course.
The participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills on both how to make decisions under uncertainty and making decisions under risk.
Day 1: 08.00 – 12.00 Decision under uncertainty.
Day 2: 08.00 – 12.00 Decision under risk
Employee (to be supervisor/manager), supervisor, and manager.
